What does good leadership look like when AI becomes part of the team?

AI is changing more than the tools people use at work. It is changing how teams make decisions, how organisations work, and what leaders need to be good at. Leadership Models for the AI Era, co-hosted by the EIT Campus and Fujitsu, in collaboration with HR NOMAD and the BIT - Beam Institute of Technology, will bring together perspectives from technology, HR, education and innovation to explore what leadership looks like in an AI-enabled workplace. 

The panellists will discuss human-AI collaboration, how AI is changing the role of leaders, the skills leaders need now, and the role women and diverse perspectives can play in shaping responsible AI.
