The “Building the Future of Skills in the Tourism Sector” conference, focusing on the European approach to microcredentials. This event will take place at the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI) premises in Nicosia, Cyprus, and will also be accessible online on December 12, 2024, from 09:00 to 13:45 CET.
Hosted as part of the Erasmus+ MICROIDEA Project, this conference is dedicated to identifying, developing, testing, and assessing innovative approaches to microcredentials, particularly within the tourism sector. · Presentation on Microcredentials by Anastasia Pouliou from @CEDEFOP
· Keynote addresses from leaders in tourism, including Annita Demetriadou (Deputy Ministry of Tourism, Cyprus) and Panos Prodromitis (General Manager, Classic Hotel)
· Engaging roundtable discussion with national and international experts on aligning microcredentials with tourism sector needs, moderated by IARP
