The Governance Learning, Action and Dialogues (GLAD) network, launched by the European Training Foundation (ETF) in 2022, supports system-level reforms in vocational education and training (VET), lifelong learning (LLL) and employment policies in the partner countries of the EU.

GLAD promotes participatory approaches to the governance of VET, LLL and employment - in short, human capital development (HCD). To this end, it brings together state and non-state actors, including governmental and public institutions, social partners, business organisations, civil society representatives and practitioners that are committed to mutual learning and policy dialogue.

The webinar is jointly organised by ETF and DVV International based on their continuous cooperation in the field of adult learning and education. DVV International is the name under which the German Adult Education Association (DVV) is acting in development cooperation sector, with support of the German Federal Government. DVV International is currently working in around 30 countries of the world to strengthen their national adult learning and education systems.

The webinar language will be English. Interpretation into BCMS and Russian will be provided. For Ukrainian participants it will be possible to ask questions and comment in Ukrainian.
