Forum “HUMAN CAPITAL: SECURITY. RECOVERY. EUROPEAN INTEGRATION”.

National Qualifications Agency holds an annual international Forum “HUMAN CAPITAL: SECURITY. RECOVERY. EUROPEAN INTEGRATION”. 

Ensuring sustainable economic growth and  rapid integration into the pan-European Area with its high standards of quality of life – this will be Ukraine’s response to Russia’s full-scale war.

The vision of development involves the labor market modernization, the lifelong learning development, as well as the formation of joint tools with the EU for the mutual recognition of professional and academic qualifications.

The leaders of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the President’s Office, the European Training Foundation,  the representatives of the European Commission, members of the Ukrainian Parliament, the Federation of Employers, the Federation of Trade Unions, Ukrainian and international experts, representatives of Ukrainian business will attend the Forum “HUMAN CAPITAL: SECURITY. RECOVERY. EUROPEAN INTEGRATION”. In total, more than TOP 50 speakers.

The Forum “HUMAN CAPITAL: SECURITY. RECOVERY. EUROPEAN INTEGRATION” aims to promote coordinated activities of the legislative and executive authorities, employers and professional communities, as well as the use of all opportunities for international cooperation to develop the National Qualifications System of Ukraine and its integration into the European and educational area.

During the forum, the challenges of developing the National Qualifications System and its integration into the European Qualifications System will be discussed:

• Providing an international dimension to the National Qualifications Framework.
• Approaches and tools to ensure the quality of development and assignment of qualification;
• Directions for improving educational and professional standards, including regulated professions.
• Development of new modern qualifications in  security and defense area.

The Forum “HUMAN CAPITAL: SECURITY. RECOVERY. EUROPEAN INTEGRATION” will be held in the online format.
