Rapid change is reshaping labour markets, skills needs and social systems across Europe and beyond. In this context, strengthening access to skills, learning and social protection remains central to sustaining inclusive growth and competitiveness.
The European Employment and Social Rights Forum 2026 will bring together policymakers, social partners, experts and practitioners to discuss the EU’s response to today’s key employment and social challenges, including job insecurity, rising living costs and labour market transitions.
🎙️ Pilvi Torsti, Director of the European Training Foundation, will contribute to the discussions on 4 March, bringing a lifelong learning and skills systems perspective to the Forum.
