ETF, EUD, UNDP, UNICEF joint working meeting with stakeholders: Youth Guarantee implementation in Albania (Shkodër)

This 3rd working meeting after Vlore and Tirana continues the exchange on the Youth Guarantee together with the representatives from the government, social partners, and CSOs, and Unicef, UNDP, EUD and ETF. The aim of this exchange is to:

• Raise awareness on the Youth Guarantee (YG) and update about the status of the YG implementation and planned stages of the pilot phase;
• To introduce the recently launched EU4Youth project, and discuss options for further supporting stakeholder cooperation within the project;
• To foster a common understanding about the challenges and opportunities related to YG;
• To identify possible mechanisms for coordination and cooperation in the context of the YG, based on stakeholder respective added value.
