As inclusion remains a key priority within European education and training policies, this session will explore how VET providers and stakeholders are addressing barriers to participation faced by learners from disadvantaged backgrounds, people with disabilities, and other groups at risk of exclusion. It will also examine approaches that promote accessibility, learner engagement, personalised support, wellbeing, and equal opportunities within VET systems.

Contributions will combine policy perspectives with practical experiences from across Europe, showcasing initiatives that support inclusive education and employment pathways, community engagement, outreach activities, and personalised guidance services. Participants will gain insights into how organisations are creating more inclusive learning environments and helping learners overcome barriers to participation and success.

Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, reflect on current challenges, and explore effective practices that contribute to more inclusive and accessible VET systems across Europe.
