Albania Youth Guarantee Workshop, jointly organised by ETF and EU4Youth, "The role of Civil Society Organizations: European Case Studies and National Challenges"

How participatory governance practices can help the implementation of Youth Guarantee programme? On 7 November in Tirana, the ETF together with the EU Delegation, UNDP and Unicef focused on relations with social partners and civil society organisations in relation to youth education and employment in Albania at different governance levels; and shared the experience of Belgium in engagement of social partners and civil society organisations; of Estonia in close engagement of CSOs and strong role of the local level; and of Slovenia in services’ integration for simplification of access to and management of the Youth Guarantee.
