Types of professional training: initial vocational training; retraining; advanced training; vocational training. Training of qualified workers is carried out in the following professions: -Wheeled vehicle repair mechanic; -Electric welder for manual welding; -Electric welder on automatic and semi-automatic machines; -Tiler; -Drywall installer; -Plasterer. Painter; -Installer of sanitary systems and equipment; -Installer of building insulation systems; -Driver of motor vehicles; -Cook. Pastry chef. The following educational and practical centers have been created on the basis of the college: 1. Scientific and Technological Center for Training Installers of Sanitary Systems and Equipment (2016); 2. SPC "Siniat" for training installers of plasterboard structures (2017); 3. Snezhka National Research and Development Center for the training of painters (2017); 4. Baumit Research and Development Center for training installers of building insulation systems (2022). The work of our project is based on the synergy of academic knowledge and applied skills. The basis of our methodology is the contextual approach and project method. We're forwarding: - STEM-oriented education: introduction to initial training programs for specialists in thematic areas of STEM technologies; integration of engineering and mathematics with advanced technical tasks in professional and practical training - Simulation development: a variety of simulator stands that allow you to safely carry out technological processes: pipeline connection systems, water treatment, installation of combustion and thermal energy generation systems before access to real objects. - New forms of training, practical training where the student does not receive ready-made instructions, but a technical task (case), which will require the search for an optimal professional solution. Digital tools wiki: - Digitalization is fundamental to our lighting process. We have actively developed interactive workspaces equipped with multimedia panels for visualization of theoretical and practical warehouse lighting programs; - Elements of gamification are promoted, and the promotion of interactive games and quizzes to test knowledge, which increases student learning and stimulates healthy competition. Cooperation with workers is a key element that will ensure the relevance of the project. Our interactions include: - Obtaining practical training: advanced engineers and technologists are trained before conducting initial practical seminars, trainings and master classes. This allows you to quickly adjust initial plans in accordance with changes in industrial technologies. - Creation of the minds of virtual practice, where students create real business practices, which becomes their first professional evidence and portfolio. This approach will ensure not only a high degree of preparation, but also a smooth adaptation of graduates to the workplace, providing them with the required job duties, ready for the ups and downs of the current economy. The work of the Brovary Vocational College is based on the principles of a strategic alliance between the world, business and government. For us, partnership is not a formal acquiescence, but a living mechanism for the exchange of resources, knowledge and technologies. The key to effective mutual cooperation is participation in projects: - "Public private partnership for the improvement of vocational education in Ukraine", which is financed by the Swiss Foundation for Technical Research and implemented by Swisscontact and EdUP. The result is the creation of a daily training base, where students work from the knowledge of the rest of the generation, and graduates undergo internships in certified centers of companies. - Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE – inspired by career guidance HUB. Updating the material and technical base (tools, consumables for plumbing and auto repair work) for the development of targeted contributions to the business, assigned to qualified personnel. - With the funding of the Belgian agency, with the development and investment of Enabel, a major overhaul of the simplest building of the college, repair of the roof and installation of a 30 kW solar power station are being carried out. The college is an active participant in regional professional associations, which allows us to coordinate the training of personnel to meet the needs of specific enterprises in the Kiev region, at the same time in everyday life. - Cooperation with the enterprises “Fronius Ukraine”, “Baumit”, “Mira Budmateriali”. - Establishment of memorandums on cooperation with enterprises and organizations in the region in the area of workforce training. The college is a platform for the implementation of local initiatives for the career guidance of young people and the retraining of the adult population. Projects implemented: 1. Thermal modernization and insulation of the facade of the building of educational and production workshops within the framework of the project "Modernization of vocational education institutions". The project was implemented with funding from the Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation and implemented by Swisscontact and EdUP. (2025) 2. Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE – career guidance HUB built. Projects being implemented: - Creation of a training and practical center for "Food Technologies" within the framework of the implementation of the public investment project "Modernization of workshops and laboratories of vocational and specialized pre-higher education institutions, ensuring energy efficiency, safety and inclusiveness of the educational space" - Major renovation of the premises of the educational and practical center of professions "Public catering" . - In the near future, with the support of Enabel, it is planned to create a modern training and practical center for the "Plumber" profession group in cooperation with Bosch. An agreement has been established between the Brovary Vocational College and its social partners - namely Mira Budmaterialy LLC, Fronius-Ukraine LLC, Baunit LLC, Geberit LLC, Śnieżka LLC, and Siniat ALC - enabling the implementation of joint educational projects and initiatives to promote vocational education through collaborative communication campaigns, as well as informational, career guidance, and entrepreneurial events hosted at the college.
