State Educational Institution "Odessa Center for Vocational and Technical Education" is a vocational education institution of the second (basic) certification level, which trains qualified workers in the professions of construction, installation and repair and construction; public catering; services; agricultural; electrical production; motor transport and general professions for all sectors of the economy.
The institution provides: training, retraining and advanced training in various professions; improving the quality of the organization of the educational process; improving the material and technical base; creating favorable conditions for the formation and self-realization of students in society; developing partnerships with enterprises and institutions of the region; participating in international and national educational projects.

To create an innovative educational space where youth and adults acquire modern professional competencies necessary for successful employment, self-realization and development of the region.

The vocational education institution is a center for modern professions, innovations and career development, which: trains highly qualified specialists; introduces innovative learning technologies; is a platform for cooperation between education, business and the community; promotes the integration of Ukraine into the European educational space; provides inclusive education, creating conditions for high-quality professional training for students with hearing impairments; supports gender equality, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender, and promoting the involvement of women and men in all professional areas; introduces the principles of energy efficiency and energy saving; forms green skills necessary for sustainable development and environmentally conscious professional activity.
The institution has about 900 students, and the teaching staff consists of 95 people.
