LEPL College "Modus" is the only state vocational educational institution in the Kvemo Kartli region, enhancing the local labor market by developing professional skills. Founded in 1958 in Rustavi, the institution has undergone multiple transformations, adapting to industry needs. It became a vocational college in 2008 and has operated under its current name since 2019. The college has three educational buildings in Rustavi and, since 2021, an additional modern facility in Marneuli. Modus offers 24 vocational programs across both locations, including 4 integrated secondary education programs. The institution serves over 600 students in Rustavi and 150 in Marneuli annually. It also collaborates with the private sector, providing state-certified training/retraining/upskilling programs and nonformal education courses.
