We also offer expert consultancy to help businesses navigate market challenges and develop strategic growth plans. Customized Training Program: A comprehensive training series developed for small to luxury 5-star resorts, hotels, bars and restaurants, focusing on service, guest relations, complaint resolution, and personalized service delivery. We have served over 70 hospitality businesses across Albania and Kosovo. Operational Audits & Strategic Planning: Conducted full operational audit for regional resorts, identifying bottlenecks and providing strategic plans that led to a 15% increase in operational efficiency. Culinary Staff Training & Menu Development: Partnered with fine-dining restaurants to train their kitchen and front-of-house staff on new culinary techniques and menu presentation. Startup Service: Complete support offered to launch a new hospitality business. The service includes pre-opening planning, selection of equipment and technology systems, and building a brand identity.
