Construct2 is a VET college designed to prepare workforce for Construction Industry. 

Construct2 has been established in the format of Public Private Partnership, by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and the construction company BK Construction. The college obtained the state authorization in 2019.

Construct2 focuses on the development of the construction field in the country and the training of highly qualified specialists. The main missions: to provide high-quality vocational education, to train qualified personnel following the requirements of the labor market, and to increase access to vocational education in the regions.

Construct2 carries out 11 short-term certified programs in the fields of construction. The college can train up to 800 certified students over the year. The goal of the programs is to acquire specific market demanded skills in a short period. The short-term training program includes two stages: theory and practical work at the college and paid internship at BK Construction. Short-term programs are funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and BK Construction. Employment of graduates is guaranteed by BK Construction.

Construct2 also implements long-term/ state educational programs: Wall Covering Works, Occupational Safety and Environmental Technologies, Computer Networking, and Systems - both integrated and non-integrated modules. The graduates will receive state-acknowledged diplomas.

Vocational education reform continues to increase access to vocational education in the regions and to improve the quality of teaching through a public-private partnership format. Promoting education and employment is one of the main directions for the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, as well as for BK Construction. The company aims to employ professionals trained by Construct2 in its projects.
