ZOPT is a dynamic organization established with the goal of enhancing adult education, vocational training, and professional rehabilitation. As a recognized ENE Center of Vocational Excellence, ZOPT delivers high-quality training programs tailored to diverse learner needs. The organization employs 16 full-time staff members and collaborates with more than 50 experts across various fields. Each year, over 300 participants enroll in its programs, and its portfolio includes 32 licensed training programs. Operating through four regional training centers in Podgorica, Nikšić, Herceg Novi, and Pljevlja, ZOPT is authorized by the Ministry of Education to implement accredited programs that enable participants, including older adults, to enhance their professional competencies and actively engage in the labor market. Additionally, ZOPT conducts English language testing for visa application purposes in collaboration with the British Embassy and PSI. The core activities of ZOPT encompass adult education and vocational training, professional rehabilitation and employment support for persons with disabilities, occupational health and safety, environmental protection and sustainability, as well as social inclusion projects. The organization also focuses on entrepreneurship and employment support through financial literacy and business development training. As a licensed center for adult education, ZOPT has conducted numerous training programs across various sectors, including construction, tourism, manufacturing, information and communication technology (ICT), administration, and business management. Its programs are designed to build the capacities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), enhance employability, and foster social inclusion among disadvantaged groups, including persons with disabilities, unemployed youth, and women.
