Boryspil Professional College provides professional training for key sectors of the regional economy, including construction, transport, electrical engineering, services and catering. The College is developing a modern educational environment with a strong focus on practice-oriented and dual training, while expanding cooperation with businesses and international partners. As part of these efforts, a modern Bosch Junior Academy has been established within the College's training and practical centre for transport-related professions, through cooperation between Enabel in Ukraine and Bosch Ukraine. The College also participates in international capacity-building initiatives, with four teachers having completed training organised by VIVES University of Applied Sciences in Belgium, in cooperation with Enabel and with the support of the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science.
The College is also actively developing innovative training environments and inclusive vocational education. In May 2023, it opened the first Culinary Hub in Ukraine as part of the national School Nutrition Reform Strategy. The College participates in the Inclusive Vocational Education Network, supporting the retraining of war veterans through a modular training approach. In April 2026, it joined a group of Ukrainian vocational education institutions preparing for transformation into Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs). Through this process, the College aims to develop an innovative skills ecosystem that strengthens relevant skills, employability, partnerships and the competitiveness of the regional and national economy.
