Abovyan Multi-functional State College (AMSC) is a public vocational education and training (VET) institution in Armenia. The College currently provides upper secondary vocational education programmes in Design, Painting, Accounting, Banking, Office Administration with Advanced Foreign Language, Tourism, and Fashion Design. It also provides initial vocational education programmes in Culinary Arts and Jewellery. AMSC is committed to providing quality, student-centred vocational education and developing practical professional skills that respond to labour market needs. The College continuously works to improve and modernize its educational programmes, taking into account labour market developments, stakeholder feedback and emerging professional requirements.
AMSC cooperates with employers and other stakeholders in educational programme development, work-based learning, assessment and student career development. The College has an internal quality assurance system involving students, teaching staff, administrative staff, graduates and external stakeholders. AMSC is also interested in strengthening international cooperation, exchanging good practices with VET institutions, developing partnerships and participating in joint initiatives that contribute to the quality, relevance and modernization of vocational education.
