Career guidance Inspirational practice

In 2022, the ETF reviewed the state of career development support systems in 10 of its partner countries – Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine, and produced two regional reports – Western Balkans and Eastern Europe. The reviews highlighted many inspirational practices  which can be found here in a summarised way.

The Inspiring policies and practices in Career Guidance are presented here along the below dimensions: Policy frameworks, Coordination and cooperation mechanisms, Main services and activities, Funding mechanisms, Access to career development services, Use of technology for career development support, and Quality of provision.
