In today's fast-paced and rapidly evolving world, technology plays a crucial role in modernizing businesses and keeping up with the changing times. However, the Western Balkans region has been struggling to access the necessary skills and resources needed to fully embrace and optimize technology. This lack of skills has limited their ability to innovate and transfer technology to wider markets.
Against this background, this online event presents the main results of the latest ETF research on the skills dimension of technology transfer in the Western Balkans. The study aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of the current situation and identify the gaps and challenges that need to be addressed to support skills for technology transfer in the region.
