In this GLAD webinar our focus is on the implementation of the Youth Guarantee (YG) programme, on the challenges and opportunities it offers.
In the recent ETF study, fragmented delivery and weak coordination appears as one of the challenges to be addressed. Responsibilities are spread across institutions and levels, with limited data sharing and weak cooperation between education, employment and social services—making it hard to deliver an integrated “pipeline” from identification to offer. Additionally, uneven capacity to reach and support vulnerable youth is often weak (especially for rural/remote areas and the most disadvantaged NEETs), while public employment services and providers frequently face resource and staff capacity constraints, affecting both coverage and quality. Albania, Estonia and Slovenia will share their experiences.

The webinar language will be English, with interpretation into BCMS, Albanian, Ukrainian and Romanian.
