Uzbekistan has returned to the strict quarantine regime due to the fast spread of COVID-19. Many organizations are closed or not operating fully. However, we stay positive and continue to work on the current projects we have such as Torino Process 2018-2020.
We had an online final meeting with stakeholders to discuss the final version of the TRP report. We have invited all interested parties to the discussion on July 20, at 16:00 where the key players were present. During the meeting, Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education Murodulla Mahmudovich, Dr. Feruza M Rashidova, and Hudoynazar Kurbonov were speakers and presenters. Other representatives of ministries and organizations were active during the conversation and Q&A sessions.
All points were taken into consideration in terms of changes and corrections in the final report. All the participants, names on the list, got the report however, some of them were not able to be present at the meeting.
Soon, the report will be ready for the public on Open Space. Personally, I will be proud of the result of our hard work during the fifth round of TRP. As a junior specialist in the education system of Uzbekistan, I have learned a lot and realized what should be done in the next steps of the development process of TVET and professional education. The experience was invaluable for me.
How is the process in other countries? What kind of difficulties or challenges are you facing with?
Let's share on Open Space
I look forward to reading the report. Good to see progress even in the face of the difficult circumstances!
Well done indeed, in difficult times showing us all how we need to adapt and prepare new ways of working together. Looking forward to final report
