Building Centres of Vocational Excellence in Ukraine
As part of a broader partnership with Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science, Enabel has been supporting the transformation of 22 Ukrainian VET institutions into Centres of Vocational Excellence.
Building Capacity Through Collaboration
To support this transformation, Enabel initiated the UA CoVE Practitioners' Network and collaborated with VIVES University of Applied Sciences to deliver a three-month training programme covering adult learning, digital didactics, and project-based learning, including a practical module in Bruges.
Growing a Community of Practice
Through this experience, members of the Ukrainian Network have already seen first-hand how valuable it is to be part of a professional community. They are sharing best practices, developing joint projects, and see the ETF Network for Excellence (ENE) as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration and exchange knowledge across borders.
