Participating in the 6th STEM Women Congress was an enriching experience, as the event continues to make a significant impact in advancing gender equity in STEM careers and leadership.
I was inspired by these matters:
- Advance equity and reduce the gender gap.
- Address the real and specific needs of women in the workplace.
- Champion the professional growth and well-being of women in STEM fields.

And now I had an awareness that I needed to give my female students a more intensive education. My horizons were broadened on how I could make the project I planned more beautiful with female students.
Also, I discuss onstage #STEAM club outcomes with Medea Abramishvili We highligted that #ETF is the only EU agency that supports the EU as a global player.
We also discussed our Erasmus+ project, which is planned to have participants from different countries next year, and the platforms and approaches we learned from each other.

Additionally, the demos and explanations made by the teachers on the last day showed evidence that the future is being shaped with STEAM.
