Work on the Cove WIN4SMES is in full swing. Some of the remarkable results are worth to be shown to the public.
Cove Hungary has developed an excellent training approach for potential entrepreneurs. This one-week workshop with preselected students led to impressive results worth to be marketed.
Cove Netherland developed a holistic approach to support and integrate newcomers. The aim of the education and coaching framework is to enhance the social and economic (labour) market integration of newcomers by improving the accessibility and suitability of existing work-based education programmes, and by significantly increasing their visibility to ensure that newcomers and employers are more aware of the opportunities they provide. Based on a large network this approach has been very successful. More information is available from KATAPULT.
ITECH from Cove Germany developed an HRM-Approach to transform a VET school into an agile institution with self-organized individualized and competence orientated learning. Furthermore, the ecosystem has been enlarged with 10 associated partners collaborating in new approaches for VET.
Cove Poland offered an excellent course for AI on their website. Regarding the increasing number of youngsters with mental health problems (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia) Cove Lithuania (VESK) and ITECH are working on a successful approach for inclusion.
And last but not least, additional qualifications have been developed. Among others courses for problem solving in terms of agile workshop formats with design thinking, courses for innovation in SMES including SDGs (IBC Denmark).
The collaboration with ITECH’s partner indeson WBC, the University of Wroclaw and fiap an application is in progress to build up the VET system in the Balkans.
Summarizing, we are enthusiastic to take our VET system to the next level. And we are open for collaboration as well national as international.
