Teachers play a vital role in shaping inclusive classrooms. By bringing unique perspectives and fostering diverse learning environments, teachers with disabilities enrich the learning process and serve as powerful role models for inclusion. Despite their importance, they often face significant barriers to full participation and recognition within education systems.
