As we are initiating in ETF a reflection on this tool, we look for all types of documents (national or global, policy or academic, etc.), and evidence or experience-based opinions, which could help us
i) consolidate a comprehensive state of play of the design and use of ILA, and
ii) come up with some humble recommendations for further development or adjustments.
