🚀 Calling all EdTech Startups! 🌍
What is it about?
Together with its Brazilian partner SENAI, BIBB is inviting start-ups to take part in an international competition. Successful applicants will receive funding for a Proof of Concept (PoC) of digital applications. The aim is to develop and validate innovative educational technologies for vocational education and training. SENAI is providing the funding, while BIBB is supporting the jury and providing technical advice to the start-ups.
What is funded?
Funding is provided for projects by start-ups that offer technology-supported learning solutions for VET. The selected start-ups work together with SENAI and BIBB to test and validate their technologies in real educational contexts.
What are the thematic focuses?
- Virtual and augmented reality
- Artificial intelligence and machine learning
Who can take part?
- Start-ups (founded less than 10 years ago) with a developed beta solution
- Start-ups worldwide
- Start-ups also in partnership with universities, companies or research institutions
What do the selected start-ups get?
- Up to USD 10,000 for financing the proof of concept
- Professional support and mentoring by experts from SENAI and BIBB
- Opportunities for market development and long-term cooperation

What does the schedule look like?
- Application deadline: June 30, 2025
- Demo Day (online): July 18, 2025
- Start of the project phase: September 2025

Q&A session
