8th graders with no grades, no subjects, no classes, no pre-determined timetables

Raiffeisen-Campus is a private secondary school in Germany. 

Their objective : shifting the focus of learning from Performance to Mission, thereby including personal desires and needs as well as society’s. In order to do this, they plan to re-structure the 8th grade with far fewer traditional school constraints: no grades, no subjects, no classes, no pre-determined timetables.
