The R(ae)l Inclusion project helps adult educators learn how to work with adults who have learning and behavioral difficulties or disabilities. The project offers practical tools, knowledge, and support to create more inclusive education for everyone.

 In-service training for adult educators

Educators from Croatia, Spain, France, Cyprus, and Bulgaria have come together to develop training that meets the needs of adult learners. The in-service training program covers five main topics:

E-learning platform and toolkit

The R(ae)l Inclusion e-learning platform offers 50 hours of online training. Available at raelinclusion.eu, it provides practical guidelines for adult educators working with individuals with learning and behavioral difficulties.
