One focus of the WIN4SMES conference in Hamburg is onboarding in school and company contexts. The partner of cove Poland and ITECH Elbinsel will present the point of view of VET schools whereas platform3L - an associated partner - will present a very interesting solution for knowledge transfer with AI in companies.
The latter is one of the best practice all cove partners found in a European wide survey. (All best practices are available on the project website)
I am looking forward to the conference and I hope the discussions will lead to inspiring ideas for both target groups, VET schools and SMEs.
