What is the ENE onboarding session?
The onboarding session is addressing potential ENE members who already expressed their interest in joining the ETF Network for Excellence ENE (step 1 of the registration). This meeting (steps 2) will help prospective ENE members conclude the registration process and formalise their membership registry in ENE ATLAS.
This meeting is targeting institutions that have submitted a membership request and will be contacted directly by the ENE team and provided with the meeting link.
Institutions interested in joining the ETF Network for Excellence ENE are invited to submit a membership request to be considered for participation (etf.network.for.excellence@etf.europa.eu), it is the first step toward membership!

Objective
This session will guide you through the membership journey and what it means for your institution. ETF will introduce the ENE, explain the onboarding process step by step, and showcase key activities, services, and collaboration opportunities available to members. The meeting will also be an opportunity to share your expectations and ask questions during a dedicated Q&A session.
For 2026, four onboarding meetings has been scheduled:
- February 24th,
- May,
- September,
- October.
