To produce a good technical graduation in the fields of communications and information technology:
- through the use of curricula based on the competencies system
- with the use of the cultural transformation methodology to change the negative mentality of the local community, students and workers towards technical education
- Training teachers and administrators to meet their training needs so that they can perform their various tasks
- Improving assessment tools and methods and statistics for evaluating students level and making improvement plans based on the analysis of their results and making question banks based on measuring the various skills related to the competencies to be reached
- with a quality system by using quality control and quality assurance and linking students to the industrial community through external field training in the industrial partner onsite locations.
