The Vocational Training Corporation was established in 1976 to qualify young people to acquire the skills required in the labor market and to be the first incubator for training in Jordan. Our vision was created in accordance with the royal directives and under the close follow-up of His Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, with the aim of preparing young people to meet the needs of the labor market. In addition to training current employees, raising their competencies, keeping pace with technological developments, developing training programs, and improving the training system in general.
The Salt Institute emphasizes hands-on experience to ensure that students are prepared for the workforce, providing them with the essential skills and knowledge in a variety of fields. Students can gain valuable qualifications that will help them pursue careers in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, technology, and construction.
