This online toolkit was created to help schools and colleges develop their students` career planning and employability skills and prepare them for career success.
The toolkit includes a selection of ten lesson plans designed to help students to recognize and understand the demands of career planning and employability, identify and develop skills needed for the working world, and devise challenging goals to make progress and achieve. It includes: Training modules, Curriculum design, Operational guidelines, Online resources, Checklists/worksheets.
