CINOP is an independent, (inter)national centre of expertise and research, specialised in lifelong learning, technical and vocational education & training (TVET) and adult education. Their clients and partners are educational institutions, schools, umbrella organisations, industry associations, training & development funds, companies, EU-, national- and local- authorities, centres of expertise, international bodies and NGO’s.
In the EU-context CINOP is designated by the Dutch government and the European Commission as National Coordination Point for EU instrumenst and networks in the field of vocational education and training such as EQAVET, EQF/NLQF, Euroguidance and EPALE. CINOP Global is active in various countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. We support institutions and stakeholders of the skills ecosystem in promoting opportunities for lifelong learning and enabling people to develop their practical and technical skills and help strengthening TVET systems and stakeholders worldwide.
