The curricula and training programs have been developed for staff in Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs), which have been categorized into three target groups: Enablers, Supporters, and Workers with Support Needs. The B-WISE consortium developed universal training curricula with the objective of addressing skills gaps, particularly digital and soft skills, as well as ensuring that target groups are equipped with the relevant skills for the future. It is recommended that the universal training curricula are used in conjunction with the Toolkit documents for Enablers, Supporters, and Workers with Support Needs.

B-WISE D.3.3 curriculum document (Schaur and Matausch-Mahr, 2024) presents

  • the skills targeted by the curricula for the target groups;
  • the qualification profiles and corresponding EQF levels that participants acquire;
  • the methodology employed in the development of the curricula;
  • the organization and structure of the training
  • the curricula, including the core modules for the three target groups.

Furthermore, the curriculum delineates the rationale behind the training program and the requisite mindset and furnishes data on the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) that is additionally provided.
