MOOC target group
Enablers. B-WISE is a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme, which aims to develop a European strategy to address the skills needs, in particular regarding digital skills, in the Work Integration Social Enterprises (WISEs) sector.
As part of this project, the B-WISE MOOC aims to equip Enablers in WISE's (those working in a senior or managerial position) with the necessary skills and competencies to grow sustainably, foster innovation and compeitiveness in the sector, and enhance the attractiveness of the WISEs sector as a career choice.
The content of this MOOC is developed from the B-WISE training curricula, developed as an output of the project and piloted by partners in a number of European countries. This is not an exhaustive overview of the cirricula, rather a selection of modules, to showcase the E-Learning opportunities that the outputs of the project could achieve.
The content is divided into 5 Modules:
