ETF's Network for Excellence (ENE) goal is supporting Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) and VET providers in delivering relevant and high-quality skills through strategic development partnerships.

As part of the ENE, the Sharing Innovation in Social Inclusion (SISI) - Skills for Inclusion VET initiative plays a crucial role.

ENE SISI conducts peer activities, reviews, and facilitates structured peer learning and practice sharing. Implemented in collaboration with the ENAIP NET, SISI provides valuable reflections and policy recommendations on how VET institutions, policymakers, employer organizations, and other stakeholders can work together to support the skills for inclusion agenda.
