Career Frameworks for Teachers

EU has published a useful guide arising from a project that addressed teachers' careers to show how the teaching profession can be made more attractive, motivating and fulfilling.  In particular, the guide places emphasis on career progression - both horizontal in terms of different roles but also vertical in terms of responsibilities.  The guidance includes five case studies that show how career frameworks have been used in five countries, including Albania to support the enrichment of the teaching profession.
