Teaching and Learning Setting
Education Sector

I am a historian and lawyer by profession, I have a higher pedagogical education. I have been working as a history and social studies teacher and lecturer at Badeyan State College and Public School in Vardenis for thirteen years. Having worked in the field of education for many years, I have participated in a number of professional and methodical trainings, seminars and webinars, applying the experience and knowledge gained in my daily work.

Every year, sending off another generation, we accept better, more developed and improved students, whom the traditional classroom system cannot satisfy and does not correspond to their horizons. In recent years, a number of problems have been put before the teaching teacher, which need various methods to get the best solution. Among those challenges are the rapid development of digital technologies, the availability and accessibility of the Internet to every cell, changing the way of thinking and stereotypes of students, social inclusion in the field of education, etc.

A number of processes take place in the education process, which if properly organized and implemented, we will have a correct, modern, quality education, as well as a knowledgeable, developed, fast-adapting generation in the social environment, who will be ready for the challenges of the 21st century.

Students who need inclusive education are also direct participants in the learning process. Inclusive education is the provision of maximum participation in the educational process and the result defined by the state standard of general education by providing the necessary conditions and an adapted environment for every child, including those who need special educational conditions, in accordance with the specifics of development.

The Republic of Armenia declares universal inclusive education as a guarantee of every child's right to education. Inclusive education policy is aimed at ensuring access, equal participation and quality of education for every child. The newly formed system will provide an opportunity to organize the education and upbringing of children with special educational needs without separating the child from the family, ensuring his comprehensive social development and including him in a public educational institution.

As a result of the policy implemented in the sector, it is planned to expand the opportunities for children with special education needs to receive quality education by creating an inclusive education system in all public educational institutions. Regarding these and a number of other issues, the teacher must be able to provide such a classroom process that is meaningful, interesting, and includes all students.

In order to make the lesson interesting, inclusive, meaningful and effective, I, as a teacher, use a number of methods and techniques that I have researched and found to be very effective. One of them is the performance of tasks with a number of programs during the class, many of which I send them the materials in advance. They independently research the material, form an idea about the content, after which they complete the tasks with Quizizz, Kahoot, Prezi, Socrative, Learning apps, Hot potatoes and a number of other programs. The lesson is interesting, develops students' digital knowledge, stimulates their ability to think, they are able to independently research, apply, and draw conclusions from the material of the history lesson.

With the involvement of digital technologies, the class is also effective for students with special educational needs, because having speech, listening or other problems, these students participate in classes with more interest, it is easier for them to express themselves, to show their knowledge and abilities.

I am sure that the key to the success of all members of society, the best who have achieved success, is given by the teacher who can change everything and everyone.
