Development and implementation of digital educational resources in the educational process

The development and implementation of digital educational resources in the field of higher education makes it possible to qualitatively change the content, methods and organizational forms of education. The tools of pedagogical activity are being improved; the quality and effectiveness of training are increasing.

The practice of developing and implementing digital educational resources is innovative in that it contributes to strengthening the intellectual capabilities of students in the information society, as well as improving the quality of education.

The development of digital educational resources is carried out as part of the implementation of educational programs of the Almaty Technological University, as part of additional professional education, or additional education.

The volume and parameters of digital educational resources are determined by the educational program developed at the faculty (higher or additional professional education) and correspond to the achievement of the educational goals of the discipline.

Digital educational resources created at the Almaty Technological University refer to the software and information tools of the educational process, the users of which can be students, listeners, teachers, employees, administration.

The digital educational resources created at the Almaty Technological University provide the learner with the opportunity to work in an interactive mode, ease and simplicity of navigating through the structure. Navigation means the ability to quickly move from one topic to another, get the necessary help, comment, view an illustration (including videos, interactive animations, virtual models), quickly find the necessary information, access the Internet, exchange e-mail messages with a teacher -consultant.

I have developed regulations for the university on the development of digital educational resources, massive open online courses. When conducting seminars and trainings, our own developments of digital educational resources are used (interactive presentations with a survey, dialogue simulators). The developed digital educational resources are freely available on the educational platform of the university.

Digital educational resources are the most important component of the educational activity of a modern teacher.

The introduction of digital educational resources into the educational process makes it possible to activate the cognitive interests of students, systematize the activities of each, significantly increase the pace of work, and solve several problems at once: study new material, consolidate knowledge by performing practical work, including different types of exercises, deepen knowledge, and conduct final control. The use of digital educational resources in the educational process is positive: it allows you to make learning more complete and of high quality.
