We have studied how different actors participate in:

- the matching of students to areas for which there is skills demand,

- the assessment of student competence,

- the monitoring of the capacity of workplaces to provide training, and

- to programme development (incl. occupational standards/curriculum/learning content/assessment standards etc.). 

In this seminar, we will present you the state-of-play of work-based learning in Albania, Montenegro and Serbia – to share knowledge and exchange practices with you on the characteristics of the successful organisation of work-based learning, involving schools, social partners and government agencies as well as their interaction.
