Outline of the event
In September 2021 the European Training Foundation has launched its Community of Innovative Educators, which is now counting with more than 900 educators and practitioners from the ETF partner countries in Central Asia, the EU Eastern Partnership, the Western Balkans and Turkey and the South-East Mediterranean.
The meetup aims to gather the community members in order to take stock of the lessons learnt in the first months of work of the community, to present the emerging teaching and learning innovation trends from the different regions involved, and to present the planned activities of the community in 2022.
The event is free of charge and open to anyone interested in teaching and learning innovation.
Interpretation will be available in English, Russian, Arabic, Serbian.

Olena Bekh is a Senior Human Capital Development Expert - Coordinator for Innovative Teaching and Learning at European Training Foundation

Tom Wambeke is Chief Learning Innovation at ITC-ILO. Specializing in innovative educational technology, instructional design, lifelong e-learning, social media and knowledge management.

Haris Hamzic is Professor of mathematics at the Vocational dental school from Sarajevo. For his implementation of Digitcoin, Mr.Hamzic has been awarded the most innovative teacher in B&H for 2016 and nominated for Teacher of the Year in Canton of Sarajevo in 2019.

Julian Stanley is Senior Human Capital Development Expert - Innovative Teaching and Learning at European Training Foundation

Mimoza Anastoska-Jankulovska is Teaching and Learning Innovation expert with over 23 years of experience with various donor institutions, international organisations. Experienced in adult education from the lifelong learning perspective; capacity building activities; human resource development and management.

Merab Labadze is e-Governance, Education, Innovation and Technology Policy Consultant, Director and co-Founder, Innovative Education Foundation, Georgia
Nehme Safa is an associate professor of Education at the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Saint Joseph University of Beirut. He has intensive and extensive experience in developing curricula and E-learning in the Arab world. He published articles in international refereed journals in the domains of educational technology and teaching and learning.
