Young Leaders Development Project (YLDP) is a youth project that aims at supporting the young people of Uzbekistan to develop their leadership and interpersonal skills and community involvement. It is established under the Uzbekistan Teachers of English Association (UzTEA) and 2015 supported by Mahorat and Management as a partner organization as a systematic way of support of English speaking young nation. . http://www.altfl.uz/students-corner/9-the-young-leaders-development-pro….
The project restarted its new term as YLDP-G-7, as generation 7.
This time we find out support from Fredrich Ebert Stiftung in Uzbekistan.

The training would be organized based on CPD -Continuing Professional Development project methodology on HRD-Human Resource Development. The five modules would be provided as one course for the next generation of the YLDP-Young Leaders Development project. During the course, trainees will be trained and assessed based on transparent evaluation systems such as personal and team reflections, including attendance and attitude. At the end of the program, according to the received points, they would be nominated as the course achiever or just an attendant, which would be punted on the certificates signed by the organizers. In the near future, the graduates of the projects may be part of the community as alumni of YLDP under the following modules and dates as on a single course:
Module I – The profile of the youth in changing Uzbekistan, September 24-25th
Module II – Global Issues in Data and role of the Youth October, 15-16th
Module III – Gender Equality, October 29-30th
Module IV – Climate Change November 13-14th
Module V – Inclusive Society, November 26-27th

Participants for the course were selected among 151 applicants as the 20 best most ready future Leader who has a personal concept about life strategy based on Education and Learning and can support and develop toward the sustainable development of further projects of www.mahorat org or www.uztea.uz. During the course, the trainees will work together with the right mentors on the above-mentioned modules and realize International Forum and Conference under the title “Education for all”.
