Dear Colleagues, I would like to open the discussion on the following topic. The process of engagement of VET Schools with Employers. After many years of official relationships between the TVET and Employers, the system is going to be flexible. But at the same time, both sides VET schools waiting for the regulation but Employers developing their own business by educating their employees themselves. What is the best way in this not clear situation? Maybe some colleagues can share the real methodology which makes this work. As an educator, I know the theoretical answer. But we need exact case studies here.
