From March to June, it was a bit like a crash course for a broad-based e-learning scenario.
What was to be expected when school started in September?
Possibly the following:
The last months were analyzed in detail and possibilities for improvement were sought. E-Learning has established itself. The great achievements of the last months can now be integrated into the lessons.
What was the situation in September?
Classroom teaching has started, and the "old" situation has been brought back to life, where the achievements of the last months were forgotten. The offers and support from the ministry were and still are given.
BUT
There is no generic solution for problems. The school (or at least its similar counterparts) itself must become active here. Nobody understands the regular school operation better than the teachers who are actively involved in this school (or in the school type).
So, the idea was born at the end of August to offer a monthly series of trainings that are specially designed to meet the needs of each phase.

Flipped Classroom with the help of self-created tutorial videos and preparation of materials using the existing learning platform. (OBS obsproject.com, DaVinci Resolve)

How can I make my live online classes different, better, more effective in the upcoming phase? (Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, Big Blue Button)

These topics were worked out with teachers who had already participated in the first seminars in April, May and June.
For the implementation of the individual topics, we relied on the learning and communication platform Teams from Microsoft, which is already established in our school. As it turned out in retrospect, this was a good decision because the software is stable and reliable. And that is exactly what we need in these times. A stable software that can be relied on.
