Uzbekistan and Indian sides are initiating to open twenty independent skills development and assessment centers by the financial and technical support of the Indian side.

These new centers will function in many ways to develop the social sector by covering the RVA - Recognition, Validation, and Accreditation of acquired in the non-formal educational sector.

It is worth mentioning that these skills development and assessment centers are one of the key components of the National Qualification System of Uzbekistan.
