📣 The TPD CLUB (New Learning Club on Teachers’ Professional Development), an initiative of the ETF Community of Innovative Educators, is pleased to launch a Call for Practices!
Context
New Learning Club on Teachers’ Professional Development is an initiative of the ETF Community of Innovative Educators and provides a space for educators to engage in a global learning community, gain insights into effective and scalable TPD models, and co-create a resource that synthesises key findings and recommendations.
As part of our shared mission to promote effective and scalable models of Teachers’ Professional Development (TPD), we invite educators, school leaders, policymakers, and organisations to contribute inspiring practices that have made a tangible impact on teacher growth and learning.

The TPD CLUB offers a dynamic space to:
- Engage in a global learning community
- Gain insights into innovative and practical TPD models
- Share your success stories and lessons learned
- Co-create a resource (club final outcome) that synthesizes key insights and recommendations for broader use
What we’re looking for/ Submission Guidelines
Practices in the following key thematic AREAS:
Choose the KEY AREA, and submit a short description of your practice using and online questionnaire:
- Applied/situated learning – TPD on the job
Innovative approaches to classroom-based TPD, including the use of digital tools to support trainers directly in their practice. - Teacher and student well-being
Focusing on socio-emotional learning (SEL), resilience, mindfulness, and methods for supporting emotional balance and self-regulation in professional learning. - International TPD and mobility
Strengthening multicultural awareness and peer learning through international exposure and cross-border collaboration. - Peer-based TPD and digital platforms
Exploring models for ongoing, peer-supported learning and the role of digital platforms in sustaining development. - Integrating key competences into TPD
How TPD can support the integration of key competences - such as digital, green, and transversal skills - into teaching practice.

The Club is going to produce a collaborative OUTPUT that synthesizes key insights and recommendations for broader use.
