Hi everyone,

I've followed ETF's last session on "Artifical Intellligence for Educators" on 12th June hosted by Fabio, and I was delighted to see the enthusiasm of everyone. As a digital inclusion network, this is also a key topic we're exploring, but through the lens of basic digital skills.

I'm happy to share our own webinar, to explore how AI literacy applies to digital skills training, especially at a basic level.

For this explotoratory session, we invite trainers and educators in the field of adult education to share their perspectives and be the voice of their students on the topic of AI literacy or AI readiness. This will be a open space where all participants will share their thoughts around the following questions:

  • What are your students’ perceptions regarding Artificial Intelligence? (Any doubts, concerns, questions)
  • Have you started using Artificial Intelligence in any way during your training or do you have any ideas you would like to start implementing regarding this issue?
  • How should AI literacy be approached? (Which methodologies, formats, etc.)

This Exploratory Session will be the first step of a co-created approach that includes both trainers' and trainees' perspectives regarding AI Literacy. After this episode, we will generate a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) document about AI Literacy & Basic digital skills training.
