We’re excited to share that one of our Teaching with AI Club leaders, Tatiana Nanaieva—IT expert in education and eSkill Expert Network Coordinator in Ukraine— delivered on March 26th a special training session for students from UNIMED associated universities, finalists of the Start Cup Competition

This year’s competition included a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), with evaluation criteria highlighting how AI is integrated into entrepreneurial innovation proposals.

During her session, Tatiana introduced the Teacher’s Guide to AI Literacy—a collaborative achievement of the Teaching with AI Club of the European Training Foundation (ETF). The Guide serves as a valuable resource to empower educators and young entrepreneurs alike in navigating AI’s role in education, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

The training was attended by about 60 participants, students from from various universities in Algeria, Albania, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Morocco, Palestine, Oman, Tunisa, Turkey, Italy, Spain, Portugal. Find the presentation HERE

Stay tuned as our community continues to promote AI literacy and inspire the next generation of changemakers!

New Learning Club on Teaching with Artificial Intelligence was launched in June 2024 by the ETF Community of Innovative Educators. It is a space to inspire teachers as well as provide directions for those who want to make a start with AI in teaching practices.

UNIMED – Mediterranean Universities Union is a network of Higher Education and Research Institutions, active in promoting academic cooperation in the Euro-Mediterranean region and in Sub-Saharan Africa, in Middle East and in Western Balkans.
