Linking CPD with daily practice and in-company learning
CPD can be linked with daily practices through peer learning. This could address interdisciplinary approaches, changes in domain/content and pedagogical content knowledge; relevance and practicality of the innovation; and learning by inquiry/doing (action-reflection).
